– For textbooks, I prefer the real deal. Flipping back and forth is much easier. Highlighting and note-making are much easier.  The Kindle is getting there, but touch-to-highlight will change things significantly for the better. UPDATE - Apparently you can highlight on the iPad. So much for that....
